Overview
Cheolmin Choi advises and represents clients in government contracts and other public procurement contracts, plant / housing / infrastructure and other construction contracts. Mr. Choi also has involved in large scale construction projects with an intricate interests from the planning stage to execution and performance of contract and dispute stage.
In particular, Mr. Choi has extensive knowledge and experience in issues over domestic public contracts and state contracts and is also competent to deal with the US federal acquisition contracts. Based on such knowledge and experience, he provides legal advice to, and serves as legal counsel for leading construction companies and public corporations.
