Overview
Jungil Moon served as judge, research judge (Supreme Court), presiding judge (Daejeon District Court) and high court judge (Seoul High Court) at various levels of court for 19 years since he was commissioned as judge in 1996. Mr. Moon joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in March 2015.
While working as judge, Mr. Moon handled civil, criminal, administrative and many other cases in various areas and especially has the experience of handling civil execution cases and international trade cases including international goods trade, international marine and air transportation, and transportation insurance. Based on such experience and knowledge, he wrote a part of the commentary of the amended version of the Civil Execution Act published by the Korean Society of Judicial Administration.
