Overview
Jung Won Hwang is mainly active in general affairs related to securities and finance and focuses on capital markets and corporate finance, securitization and structured finance, and project finance. Ms. Hwang has extensively advised on the cases related to the list of domestic and foreign companies with Korea Exchange, issuance of securities in Korea and abroad, and domestic and overseas project finance.
Ms. Hwang studied law at Yonsei University and earned a J.D. degree at Yonsei University Law School.
