Hyunjung Kim mainly practices in securities and finance areas and provides advice on capital market and corporate finance, securitization and structured finance, and project finance. In particular, Ms. Kim has various experience in all stages of major advisory cases from the stage of the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act to the stage of corporate finance and transaction.

Ms. Kim earned a B.A. in Political Diplomacy from Yonsei University and completed her military service in the Republic of Korea Air Force (Officer Training School (120th), First Lieutenant). She was admitted to the Korean Bar simultaneously with graduating from Yonsei University Law School (J.D.) in 2015.
