Eunjin Jeon is a partner in the Real Estate Team at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. involving real estate, real estate financing, real estate collective investment, real estate development, project financing and foreign investment.

Ms. Jeon has provided advisory services in various real estate-related areas, including establishment and management of real estate special-purpose company (including REIT and PFV), real estate transactions through REIT or REF or other special methods, sale/purchase of commercial real estate, real estate development, private investment projects, overseas development projects, overseas construction advice, corporate M&As related to real estate, development/licenses and permits/operation/sale and purchase of golf course/condominium/casino/hotel, and hotel consignment operation agreement. She had worked as an attorney for BKL from 2001 to 2010 until she left for the U.S. to study further at the University of Missouri as a visiting scholar. She re-joined BKL in 2014. In addition, as a BKL Pro Bono Committee member, she has participated in providing support to those who need legal assistance.
