Overview
Eun Sik Shin focuses her practice on general bank financing and ship financing. Since starting to practice as a foreign attorney with Kim Shin & Yu in 1998 and after joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2000, Ms. Shin has advised on finance matters. She also has extensive experience in advising on financial transactions relating to securitization, structured financing, acquisition financing, general financing, capital market and corporate financing, derivatives, project finance.
Ms. Shin earned an LL.B. degree from Laval University, Quebec City, Canada in 1995 and an LL.B. degree from Western University, Ontario, Canada in 1997. She was admitted to the Quebec Bar in 1997.
