Sungrak Choi provides services to Bae, Kim & Lee LLC's clients based on his expertise in the fields of food, medicine, medical devices, cosmetics, and health care, etc. Mr. Choi passed the National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration 1989 and worked for the Ministry of Health and Welfare and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety for about 30 years from April 1990 to December 2019. He headed the Food Policy Division, the Health Policy Division, and the Health Care Policy Team, and service as the Health Care Policy official, etc. with the Ministry of Health and Welfare, and as the Food Safety Division director and the Harmful Substance Control Division director of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety. He led various projects in the bio-health fields including food, medicine and medical devices, etc. and lastly served as the Vice Minister of Food and Drug Safety in public office.

Mr. Choi's authorship includes the "Understanding of the Food Sanitation Act" (explanatory interpretation and application of the Act) and he lectured in universities on laws and policies on food and drug.
