Yongki Won provides professional and faithful advice on digital forensic and IT security, etc. by leveraging his expertise in investigation and digital evidence analysis obtained during his term of office at the Prosecutors' Office from 2007 to 2022.

As advisor of the Digital Forensic Center under Bae, Kim & Lee LLC's ENI (E-Discovery and Investigation), Mr. Won's practice areas include collection and analysis of digital evidence for the response to investigations by investigative or regulatory agencies, provision of assistance in corporate compliance tasks such as internal investigations, data processing and investigation with eDiscovery, and provision of advice on the response to the incidents in cyber space such as intrusive acts on information and communication networks, and leaks of personal data, etc.
