Overview
Phan Thi Hang practices in the area of corporate law, with experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, real estate, employment, dispute resolution, and commercial transactions. She has advised his clients on various transactions in connection with corporate bonds, mergers and acquisitions, land transfers, and re-financing between Korean investors and Vietnamese partners. In addition, she also represented the Korean-invested enterprises in a number of general corporate and employment matters in Vietnam.
Ms. Phan majored in International Law at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2012, and earned an LL.M. in Economic Law at the same University in 2018. She is fluent in Vietnamese and English.
