Yesol Han, a foreign attorney, provides clients at home and abroad with a broad range of fair trade law-related advisory services, particularly in connection with the business combination reporting, international cartels, unfair trade practices and compliance issues.

Ms. Han graduated with her B.A. in history from Columbia University in 2011 and earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2020. She was then admitted to the California Bar in January 2021. Before joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, she worked in the Antitrust and Competition Law Department of Lee & Ko.
