Overview

After accumulating experience as a judge for 20 years and retiring as a presiding judge from the Seongnam Branch of Suwon District Court, Sangchul Jung joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2022 and provides various litigation services in the fields of civil, criminal, family, and administrative cases.

During his term in service as a judge, Mr. Jung has gained rich experience over many years from varied trials not only in general civil cases but also in civil application and civil execution, and criminal settlement, criminal appeal, single judge cases, and cases of exclusive issuance of warrants. Also, he served as a director of judicial support at the National Court Administration, in charge of revision of policies related to criminal trials and trial support services.
