Bokyung Kim has experience in working at a law firm specialized in employment relations and labor law. During the career, Ms. Kim not only built extensive practical experience in those fields—particularly, advising corporate clients about performing personnel and labor practices, handling cases brought before the Labor Relations Commission for its adjudication, and responding to labor inspections by the Ministry of Employment and Labor—but also provided consulting services to a number of corporate clients about overhauling their systems and rules for personnel management.
