Overview
Insoo Pyo is a senior advisor who mainly practices in fair trade, trade/anti-dumping, legislative consulting, and China-related issues at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
Having passed the National Higher Civil Service Examination on Government Administration of Korea, Mr. Pyo worked at the Economic Planning Board, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Presidential Secretariat, etc. He has handled fair trade, corporate legal affairs, trading business including anti-dumping, energy and regulation based on various experience both in public service and international affairs. He has also assisted all sorts of cases involving investments and disputes, which Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Beijing or Shanghai deals with. After graduating from Seoul National University, he earned a J.D. degree from Syracuse University College of Law and was admitted to the bar of New York and New Jersey. He joined BKL in 1997.
