Keunbyung (KB) Lee focuses his practice on the areas including corporate control dispute, M&A, private placement investment, commercial affairs, foreign investment, capital market and corporate finance.

Mr. Lee has an extensive experience in handling cases involving M&A, private placement investment, foreign investment, corporate finance, etc. and also served as a member of the Dispute Mediation Committee of the Financial Supervisory Service, a member of the Legal Services Competitiveness Advancement Committee at the Ministry of Justice, a member of the Mediation Committee at the Creditor Financial Institutions, etc.

Mr. Lee graduated from Seoul National University (LL.B.) and completed the 14th training course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. He gained an LL.M. at New York University School of Law and was admitted to the New York Bar.
