Overview
Soyun Won was admitted to the Korean Bar and her main practice focuses on labor and employment matters involving multinational corporations, including Japanese companies.
Ms. Won has represented and advised clients on various complex labor and employment matters/issues including major wage/compensation-related cases, worker dispatch and outsourcing disputes, cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, compliance audits, disciplinary actions, and labor union disputes involving collective bargaining and industrial actions.
Ms. Won graduated from New York University with a bachelor's (B.A.) degree in Economics and Oriental Studies (cum laude). She earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Hanyang University School of Law.
