Jeongdae Lee is a partner of Bae, Kim & Lee IP and the leader of the chemistry and bioscience team. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has actively demonstrated his professional skills in IP matters for both domestic and foreign companies/institutes.

He received his B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Technology from Seoul National University and his LL.M. from Santa Clara Law School in 2014, and passed the Korean Patent Bar exam in 2003. He has lengthy experience in representing numerous major domestic and foreign corporations, small business companies, government funded institutes for patent prosecutions, patent trials, patent litigation and consulting.

He also served as a professional advisor at several public committees and institutes, such as the Knowledge Community of Seoul Bio Hub, Center for Industrialization of Agricultural and Livestock Microorganism (CIALM), and Corporate Doctor program of the Environmental Research Center.
