Bochan Kim has worked on multiple white-collar investigations, cross-border litigations, and corporate compliance matters since 2015.
Ms. Kim earned her B.A. and LL.B. from University of Auckland, New Zealand (2013) and was admitted to the New Zealand Bar (2013) and the New York Bar (2018). While she worked at the New York office of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP (2017-2021), she represented U.S. and Korean clients in connection with investigations and regulatory matters before U.S. financial regulators such as the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the New York State Department of Financial Services. Currently, she focuses her practice on international arbitration and litigation as a foreign attorney in Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
