Jennifer Yein Kwon is a foreign attorney of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC (BKL). Ms. Kwon's practice primarily focuses on providing advice on various aspects of competition and antitrust law, such as merger reports, international cartel investigations, and unfair trade practices. She earned a B.A. degree in Art History and Psychology from New York University in 2016, a J.D. degree from Handong International Law School and an LL.M. degree from Regent University School of Law in 2018. After admission to the Washington D.C. Bar in 2019, she worked in the Antitrust & Competition Group at Lee & Ko LLC until she joined BKL in 2021.
