Overview
Yeonchae Yang had been in charge of screening KOSPI and KOSDAQ listings as well as corporate disclosures, and reviewing delisting (substantive examination on listing qualifications) while working at Korea Exchange for 22 years. Based on extensive understanding in technology and venture business including bio, IT, materials and components, and expertise in various types of regulations and requirements regarding capital market, Mr. Yang provides systematic and effective advisory services on preparing for listing, thereafter implementing corporate disclosures, coping with delisting, and carrying M&A and corporate restructuring into practice.
