Wucheol Song currently practices in the area of domestic disputes at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.

Since 1990, Mr. Song has served as judge for different courts, director general for investigative research, Supreme Court Library of Korea, inspector general for judicial ethics for the National Court Administration, presiding judge for the Seoul Central District Court and for the Daejeon High Court, senior and chief research judge for the Supreme Court, and finally presiding judge for the Seoul High Court/chief presiding judge for the Seoul Administrative Court. While serving as judge for 23 years and 6 months, Mr. Song has built up expertise and experience handling cases in various areas, including general civil and criminal cases, intellectual property (IP) cases as judge dedicated to IP cases at the Seoul High Court and administrative cases as chief presiding judge for the Seoul Administrative Court.

Mr. Song also studied the US federal income tax law and corporate tax law at University of California, Berkeley and sentencing guidelines at the National Center of State Courts. As senior and chief research judges for the Supreme Court of Korea for 3 years, among other things, he has gained ample research experience in appeal cases. He gained his LL.B. from Seoul National University and completed the 16th Judicial Research and Training Institute course.
