Overview
Junyeun Cho is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Cho's practice focuses on domestic and international antitrust issues and matters, including merger control, cartel, leniency, abuse of market dominance, unfair support and franchise.
Mr. Cho has been representing clients in administrative adjudicatory proceedings before the Korea Fair Trade Commission (KFTC) as well as in court proceedings (administrative and civil). He also has extensive experience in general lawsuits related to financial institutions and companies, corporate law, protection of personal information, Technology · Media & Telecom, and management rights disputes.
Mr. Cho is a recipient of the award of excellence from the Judicial Research and Training Institute in 2011. He earned an LL.M. from the Georgetown University Law Center and was admitted to the California Bar in 2018. He also has experience working as an international visiting attorney at the Washington D.C. office of Hogan Lovells US LLP.
