Overview
Jin Young Bang's primary areas of practice include tax litigation, pre-litigation tax remedies such as tax tribunal appeals, international taxation, tax advisory, and administrative litigation. Ms. Bang is also a certified public accountant and previously worked at Samil PwC. She served as a judicial researcher in the Tax Division of the Seoul High Court for one year, and, from 2021 to 2024, in the Tax Research Division of the Supreme Court of Korea. Through these roles, she has gained extensive experience in tax controversies and litigation, handling numerous complex tax cases through in-depth legal analysis. She has also been actively engaged in academic writing, receiving the Emerging Scholar Award from the Korean Tax Association, and has taught courses in accounting and taxation for several years at Seoul National University School of Law.
