Andrew Chongseh Kim is an experienced Texas litigator and former law school professor who represents clients in cross-border deals, disputes, and regulatory matters. He applies unique insights and strategic thinking to a range of matters, including, energy, construction, competition law, medical devices, and wealth management.
Mr. Kim graduated with honors from Harvard Law School and earned a triple major in Physics, Economic, and Anthropology from the University of Chicago. His insights as a scholar and legal expert have been widely cited including in The New Yorker, Businessweek, NBC News, 60 Minutes, and the South China Morning Post, as well as in hearings of the United States Congress and in briefs to the United States Supreme Court.
