Overview
Minho Roh takes charge of high-profile criminal cases, internal investigations, and compliance. Mr. Roh's main practice area includes providing advice on the Serious Accident Punishment Act and the response to related accidents, labor issues such as illegal temporary placement and unfair labor practices, and wide ranging violation cases and the response to related investigations.
Mr. Roh graduated from Seoul National University (LL.B), and completed the 41st training course of Judicial Research and Training Institute. He earned an LL.M degree from University of California, Berkeley School of Law. Mr. Roh worked as judge advocate for public service at the Ministry of Justice and the Prosecutors' Office and also served as a question designer for national bar examinations.
