Hwajin Park is a senior advisor at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Park advises clients on all aspects of human resources and labor management, as well as on responding to serious industrial accidents. During his 30 years of service at the Ministry of Employment and Labor, Mr. Park consistently held key positions directly related to corporate personnel management, including those involving trade unions, labor standards, and industrial accident prevention, before retiring as Vice Minister.

In particular, he has strived to develop practical, field-oriented solutions in the course of formulating policies on various labor issues such as wages, working hours, and workplace harassment.
