Hyunwook Park's main practice areas include corporate reorganization, corporate restructuring, litigation involving securities, and mergers and acquisitions. As an attorney specializing in corporate restructuring, Mr. Park has handled numerous cases for the past 20 years at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. For instance, he handled corporate reorganizations of Keopyung Group, Samsung Motors, and Kia Motors, and M&As of Hanil Synthetic Fiber, Nasan, and LS Networks. Recently, he has successfully completed a golf course M&A and has been representing seven financial institutions, including Hana Daetoo Securities, in a damage claim suit against Deutsche Securities. He graduated from Seoul National University (LL.B.) and completed the course of Judicial Research and Training Institute, Supreme Court of Korea.
