JY Park is an of counsel of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and is specialized in legal advice and lawsuits involving corporate and general criminal cases.

Since joining BKL in 2005, Mr. Park has been in charge of criminal cases involving construction, trade secret, finance, and companies, as well as general civil cases. Before joining BKL, he worked as a prosecutor for 27 years: he worked at the Seoul Western District Prosecutors' Office (chief prosecutor), the Supreme Prosecutors' Office (head of the Public Security Department), Gwangju District Prosecutors' Office (chief prosecutor), the Sung Nam Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office (chief prosecutor), the Seoul District Prosecutors' Offices (deputy chief prosecutor and then senior prosecutor), the Ministry of Justice (director of the Legal Affairs Office and director of the Social Protection and Rehabilitation Bureau).

During his tenure as prosecutor, Mr. Park was recognized for his prominent services, receiving a citation for merit in prosecution administration in 1990 and the Order of Service Merit with Yellow Stripes in 2003.
