Youngho Moon is an of counsel of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC and focuses on criminal legal advice and criminal lawsuits involving corporate criminal matters, finance, trade secret, construction, and corruption. Mr. Moon is an attorney specializing in criminal affairs with 30-year work experience as a chief prosecutor. He was appointed as a prosecutor in 1978 and retired from chief prosecutor of Suwon District Prosecutors' Office in 2007.
Mr. Moon joined BKL in 2007. He served as a member of Central Dispute Resolution Commission and visiting editorial writers of The Korea Economic Daily News and the Dong-A Daily News. He wrote a paper “Deprivation of Proceeds Originated from Drugs or Organized Crimes”.
