概要

Gun Chul Do is a partner at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Do's major practice areas include: consultation and litigation services in the areas of real estate, real estate finance, indirect investment in real estate, foreign investment, project finance, etc. Since he joined BKL in 1993, he has successfully advised clients on various projects including NSIC's New Songdo International City development project, Hanwha E&C's Bismayah New City development project, sale and acquisition of Namdaemun Daewoo Building, Kolon Building, Daewoo Securities Building in Yeouido, Kukdong E&C Building, etc., sale of Hynix's non-memory business, and sale of Homeplus.

Mr. Do earned an LL.B. from Seoul National University in 1988 and an LL.M. from Georgetown University Law Center in 1999. He completed the Judicial Research and Training Institute course in 1990 and served as a judge advocate in the Korean Army, and then joined BKL in 1993. While serving as vice president in charge of legal affairs at Gale International Korea, he also demonstrated his ability in directly conducting a new city development project.
