Daehyoung Lee is a patent attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee IP. He passed the Korean Patent Bar Exam in 2008, and received his B.S. in Life Science from POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology) in 2010. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee IP in 2013, he has been actively dealing with cases in all aspects of patent law including patent prosecutions, trials, litigations and providing advice as a representative of domestic/international companies, universities and research institutes.

In particular, Mr. Lee has extensive experience and understanding in the fields of chemistry and pharmacy as well as life science and biotechnology, his major. Thus, he has performed substantial work in a number of cases related to patent trials, litigations, and has drafted advice in various technological fields.

In addition, he participated in "Knowledge Community" of Seoul Bio Hub as a professional member in 2017-2019 based on his background, and pursued and received his LL.M. from University of Southern California School of Law in 2020 in order to broaden his knowledge and experience in foreign affairs.
