Mr. Lee led to the most favorable results by providing legal services of various advice and litigation in civil cases involved in M&A contracts as well as M&A processes and various criminal cases (security crime, misappropriation, embezzlement, etc.) with possible issues after the conclusion. He joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2013 after completing the 42nd Judicial Research & Training Institute course in 2013.
