Susan Park focuses her practice on IP transactions including licensing of intellectual property and counseling clients on all aspects of the monetization of their IP assets.

Ms. Park advises clients from a wide range of technical fields including IT, engineering, pharmaceuticals and biomed. She has represented various clients in connection with the development, licensing, transfer, and enforcement of their technology (both patented and unpatented), including complex patent licensing transactions involving securities and corporate restructuring/bankruptcy issues. She also advises multinational brand owners in the fashion, media and consumer goods industries in connection with the acquisition, prosecution, licensing and enforcement of their trademarks. Integral to her work in this area includes advising clients on brand licensing, product distribution and franchising, and devising effective anti-counterfeiting measures.

In more recent years, Ms. Park has been representing clients from the entertainment & media industry and, particularly, in the areas of foreign-invested local film production projects, music licensing and content distribution involving SVOD platforms, and advises video gaming companies on the development, publishing and licensing of their games and regulatory issues. Ms. Park also advised the 2018 PyeongChang Olympic Games Organizing Committee.
