概要

Sangchul Lee advises and represents clients in the field of criminal matters, response to investigation or criminal litigations, especially in connection with industrial safety, fair trade, corruption, trade secret, intellectual property right, and the environment.

Mr. Lee's extensive experience in prosecutors' trials and government-related litigation came from his 18-year service including as the head of Criminal Trial and Civil Litigation Division of the Supreme Prosecutors' Office and head of Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice. He joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2011 and, as a criminal lawyer, advised and represented clients in criminal cases including corporate criminal matters and handled a number of cases in occupational safety cases.
