Sung-Ho Moon is a senior member of the corporate TMT and antitrust practice groups at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Mr. Moon's practice primarily focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other forms of foreign investment. In recent years, Sung-Ho has expanded his practice to include regulatory advice for online technology companies, addressing important issues including data protection and privacy.

He regularly counsels foreign corporations on their full range of business activities in Korea, from entity establishment, capital financing, regulatory permits, operational and contract matters to commercial disputes and government investigations. He also pursues an active practice in counseling foreign companies in antitrust cases, including cases involving international cartels, merger control, vertical restraints, bid-rigging and other unfair trade practices.
