概要
Tae Ho Yun mainly practices in criminal (court) litigation, general civil affairs, commercial affairs and disputes over management control, administrative litigation, tax litigation, fair trade litigation, and employment and labor issues. Mr. Yun was commissioned as a judge at the Southern Branch of Seoul District Court in 1995 and retired in 2010 as a research judge at the Supreme Court of Korea and joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC.
Major cases handled by Mr. Yun include the criminal cases involving former Commissioner of National Tax Service, CEO of S, O Group, rig bidding in the four-river projects, and parties related to Unification Church, as well as the cases involving the goods payment related to Small & Medium Business Distribution Center and damages claim related to fund investment.
Mr. Yun earned his LL.B. from Seoul National University and completed the 24th Judicial Research and Training Institute course. He worked as a non-executive director of Gangnam-gu City Management Corporation and a visiting professor at Sungkyunkwan University Law School.
