Wonil Kang advises and represents clients in corporate and other general criminal matters.
Mr. Kang served in various positions as a prosecutor for 23 years, including the Senior Prosecutor of the Daegu District Prosecutors' Office, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul District Prosecutors' Office, Vice Chief of the Judicial Research and Training Center, Chief Prosecutor of the Choonchun District Prosecutors' Office, Section Chief of the Criminal Section 2 and Central Investigation Section of Supreme Prosecutors' Office of the Republic of Korea, and Chief Prosecutor of the Incheon District Prosecutors' Office. Starting 1991, he started to practice as an attorney, and has been in charge of civil and criminal cases involving trade secrets, finance and corporate issues.
Also, Mr. Kang served as the Chief Ombudsman of the Ombudsman of Korea and as Independent Prosecutor for the case in which Korea Minting, Security Printing & ID Card Operating Corp alledgedly induced its labor union to go on a strike.
