Hyokyung Yang has represented and advised clients in various matters related to foreign investment, new venture companies, medicine and labor. 

Ms. Yang has advised on matters including foreigners' investment in Korea, establishment and management of overseas subsidiaries by Korean companies and successfully represented clients in the medical lawsuit related to complications of rare diseases, claim for insurance proceeds, administrative lawsuit for compensation related to the side effects of vaccination, and lawsuits involving wrongful dismissal and claim for ordinary wages. She is currently working at the Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Dubai and advising companies intending to start business in the Middle East and Africa.
