李尚宰(イ・サンジェ)

概要

Sangjae Lee has advised on and litigated matters concerning financial regulation and litigation, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisition (M&A), and commerce.

Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009, Mr. Lee has been specializing in the areas of corporate legal affairs and finance, advising on various financial regulatory issues including maintaining listing status and accounting audit; advising on and litigating a wide variety of financial disputes concerning fund misselling; advising on and litigating cases involving a wide range of corporate restructuring-related matters, including workout and rehabilitation procedures; and advising on M&A and corporate law matters. He has also advised and represented clients in connection with various commercial matters, including large-scale development projects, Serious Accidents Punishment Act, disputes over management control and trust.

Mr. Lee earned a B.A. in Economics from Seoul National University and completed the 38th Judicial Research and Training Institute course. Further, he earned an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law and was admitted to the bar of Illinois in 2015.
