Joosung Park's main practice focuses on traditional intellectual property rights (including patent right, copyright and trademark right) as well as litigations and advices relating to trade secret infringement and unfair competition-related disputes. Mr. Park provides both domestic and overseas IT companies with advice primarily on the legal issues that arise in connection with the state-of-the-art technologies. He particularly has extensive experience in the field of entertainment including game and contents.

While working as a judge advocate for public service at the Ministry of Justice, he obtained various experiences of serving as the head of the tax administrative litigation team and administrative secretary general of the Administrative Appeals Commission at the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office as well as a reviewer of the Korean bar examination. He also appeared as a panel on "Monday Living Law," a radio program of KBS (Gangneung), for eight months. Dispatched to Woowa Brothers, which operates the delivery app service Baedal Minjok, Mr. Park offered advice on a range of issues that arise on the scene of a platform business's operations. He also worked at IP Practice Group of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, a global law firm, and had firsthand experience in the United States in connection with the patent application and related disputes. Mr. Park is currently a Ph.D. candidate at Seoul National University School of Law (major of international economics law).
