Ahwon Choi is a foreign attorney at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Ms. Choi's practice mainly focuses on cross-border M&A and corporate restructuring as well as general corporate matters. Ms. Choi earned a J.D. from Washington University School of Law and Tax LL.M. from New York University School of Law, and passed the Uniform CPA Exam while pursuing her J.D. degree. Prior to joining BKL, Ms. Choi also handled various cross-border corporate matters for multinational enterprises.
