Min Kyung Park focuses on all matters related to securities and finance—e.g., permits and approval related to financial institutions (including banks and securities firms) and financial regulation; financial litigation; acquisition financing; securitization and structured finance; and derivatives and project finance. Ms. Park earned a B.A. degree in Economics from Seoul National University in 2007 and completed the 48th Judicial Research and Training Institute course in 2009. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009, she advises cases related to the financial operations, financial transactions, acquisition financing, securitization and structured finance, M&A and project finance of domestic and overseas financial institutions including banks, securities firms, asset management firms, and credit card companies.
