概要
Joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 1992, Byungho Choi has been providing legal advice and engaging in litigation mainly in the fields of construction and real estate. In 2000, Mr. Choi took the lead in establishing the Construction & Real Estate Team, the first dedicated practice team in the fields in Korea, and serves as head of the firm's Construction Team 2.
Mr. Choi has been successfully providing legal advice and handling civil, criminal, administrative and environmental cases relating to various construction and real estate development projects for more than 20 years. In addition, since he established the Overseas Construction Team in 2013, he has been providing services to satisfy clients' demand for legal services arising from their expansion into foreign construction markets. He was listed by the Chosun Daily as a top practitioner in 2007 and has been giving lectures in the Judicial Research and Training Institute, Korean Commercial Arbitration Board and Korean Bar Association, International Contractors Association of Korea and several enterprises, etc.
