Seungwan Chae is a certified public accountant specializing in international tax. Mr. Chae started his career at the International Tax & Legal Service of Samil Pricewaterhouse Coopers in 2000, and has been working at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC since 2005. Based on his extensive practical experience and understanding, he advises on a broad range of areas including overseas investment by domestic institutional investors, out-bound investment of domestic companies, in-bound investment by foreign investors, tax matters for foreign-invested companies, foreign corporations and non-residents, and cross-border transactions. He earned his B.S. in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University, and M.S. in Taxation from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He passed the KICPA Examination in 2000 and passed the CPA Examination in the State of California in 2010.
