Hakrae Cho is a CPA specializing in tax counseling, tax appeal and tax correction.

Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2006, Mr. Cho worked at the Tax Counseling Group of Deloitte Anjin LLC, where he built extensive experience in counseling. He provides tax counseling on reorganization transactions and various deals and also successfully handles tax appeals. Recently, he is working on more efficient measures for requesting tax rectification in close cooperation with multiple domestic accounting firms. He obtained a B.A in Business Administration from Korea University in 2005 and studied in University of California San Diego in 2012.
