Hyunsung Park completed the 39th class of the Judicial Research and Training Institute of the Supreme Court of Korea. After serving as a public-service advocate at the Korea Legal Aid Corporation, and the International Criminal Affairs Division of the Ministry of Justice, he has been practicing at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC since 2013.
Mr. Park primarily handles civil, criminal, and corporate litigation, with a strong track record in high-profile corporate criminal cases and appellate litigation. In late 2016, Mr. Park served as a special investigator on the special prosecutors' team for the Choi Soon-sil scandal, which involved meddling in state affairs, further expanding his expertise in criminal law.
