Kyusik Kim's main practice focuses on fair trade, investigation and litigation on fair trade, M&A and affairs related to subcontracting.

Mr. Kim took charge of various fair trade cases including the abuse of market dominance, unfair joint action, business combination, unfair transaction, subcontracting, franchise business and regulation on large scale distribution business. In particular, he has wide experience in various industries including global IT companies, large domestic manufacturers, construction companies and pharmaceutical companies.

Mr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University with honors majoring in Law and Economics in 2009 and completed the 41st course of the Judicial Research and Training Institute. He has worked for Bae, Kim & Lee LLC since 2016 and he finished LL.M. program at Georgetown University Law Center and worked for Alston & Bird LLP on secondment. He has also attended various conferences, held seminars, spoken to companies, performed services for others, and carried out other activities.
