Jinhan Lee advises and represents clients mainly in criminal cases involving election, labor, political funds, industrial accidents, overseas capital flight (offshore tax evasion), tariffs, foreign exchange, corruptions, trade secret, and intellectual property rights.

Mr. Lee served as 2nd deputy chief prosecutor (acting on behalf of the 3rd deputy chief prosecutor) at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office; director, the Seobu Branch of Daegu District Prosecutors' Office; and public security officer, head of Public Security Division II, and prosecutor researcher, the Supreme Prosecutors' Office. During these times, he gained extensive experience in the tasks of planning and conducting large-scale investigations into suspicious companies and other kinds of suspects, some of which drew public attentions. He also wrote several books, including “Commentaries on Labor Law-related Issues,” “Commentaries on Penalties under Public Official Election Act”, "Commentaries on Penalties under Occupational Safety and Health Act" and “Commentaries on Penalties under Political Fund Law.” Retiring from the Seoul High Prosecutors' Office, he finished his 24 year-career as a prosecutor and joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in May 2016.
