概要
Youn Nam Lee primarily provides advisory services in M&A, real estate, infrastructure and other alternative investments, as well as entertainment and sports sectors. Ms. Lee has advised on numerous large-scale investment projects by domestic companies and funds and on Korean real estate investment transactions by foreign investors, and has successfully handled business affairs regarding various real estate development at home and abroad for, e.g., commercial real estate, factories, power plants, and airports. In addition, she serves as the director of Bae, Kim & Lee LLC's ESG Center, expanding her expertise to include ESG-related advisory services.
Ms. Lee is also active in several roles, such as an arbitrator for the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board, a member of the Risk Management Committee and the Alternative Investment Review Committee for the National Pension Service, a member of the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution Committee, the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for the Korea Football Association, and a member of the International Committee for the Korea Golf Association.
