Yongquan Chi is a senior foreign attorney in the Chinese Practice Group at Bae, Kim & Lee LLC. Throughout his 21 years of legal practice, Mr. Chi has been actively advising in the corporate, M&A, real estate, and capital market sectors; and has worked extensively with major domestic and international multinational corporations, private equity funds, financial services firms, and institutional investors with a broad range of general corporate and transactional matters, including inbound and outbound cross-border mergers and acquisitions, foreign-direct investments, private equity transactions, corporate governance, and corporate restructurings, particularly on large-scale projects relating to China.

Mr. Chi was admitted to the Chinese Bar and Australian Bar, and has earned law and other degrees in 3 different countries: an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law in 1996; an LL.M. from Korea University Graduate School Department of Law in 1999; and an LL.B. from The University of Sydney Law School in 2003.
