Eric Jeong is a foreign attorney and mainly advises on financial products, derivatives, compliance, and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Jeong worked for ANZ Bank, a major Australian institutional bank, where he dealt with numerous global financial institutions over a variety of matters in Australia, Europe, and the U.S. Mr. Jeong, as a former founding principal at a startup investment bank, has a distinctive experience of leading the establishment and introduction of a system in compliance with regulations on derivatives.

Mr. Jeong holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Sydney. He was admitted to the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2019. Since joining Bae, Kim & Lee LLC, Mr. Jeong has specialized in financial regulatory practice. His work primarily involves advising both international and domestic clients on licensing issues, capital markets, and securities regulations. Additionally, he has experiences in representing clients in matters involving financial authorities, providing comprehensive legal counsel and ensuring regulatory compliance.
